Kwai Hing industrial area has the worst selection for good food, the food variety is mainly the chinese cafe's or lunch boxes.
The price range is reasonable for this area, but the quality is so-so, there seems to be a lot of variety on their menu, but the waiting environment is not that good, so usually you are forced to get lunch boxes.
The only stuff that is reasonably good to eat is the Roast selection, the guy with the bushy eyebrows is quite helpful, not sure if he is still working there now!
The bakery corner is not that good, and the drinks selection is rather boring too!
