On their menu it actually saids FRIED spaghetti but I think they mean stir-fied because the spaghetti was not crunchy.
I was surprised ox tripe was used because you would not normally find it with pasta in Western eateries serving pasta.
It is usually chicken or seafood that is served with pasta.

The chicken was coated in a light corn starch batter. however it was overdone.
