Ginger and milk pudding @ Woo Lo Koon

Previously there used to be a branch in Wan Chai but when I found out about it, this joint had already closed down.

Luckily there is still a branch in Kwun Tong.

They are famous for their ginger and milk pudding.
It is advised that it should be eaten when hot and it should not be stirred!!!
There is even a notice board stating this!
The pudding was too hot, so I had to let it cool down for a bit.
It was nice and silky, I was expecting the ginger to be stronger but it was not that strong and the milk taste was nice.
The sweetness was just right.
