Home made pate with cognac and thai dessert @ Greyhound

Homemade Pate‚ with Cognac and Fresh Green Peppercorns
Ordered this because I needed to eat something before eating a sweet dessert.
The pate was really smooth but the cognac was not strong enough.
The fresh green peppercorns were really interesting, they were not solid inside, when you bite into them they burst open with juice!
The peppercorns were not hot as I imagined but the skin of the peppercorn was where the peppercorn taste came from.

Tub Tim Krob Greyhound Style
Last time I did not try this so I came back to try it again.
Basically it is a scoop of young coconut sorbet with coated waterchestnuts.
The sorbet was sweeter than the one I tried previously and this one was icier and it had less young coconut meat in it.
The coated waterchestnuts were nice and crunchy with some gellish texture outside.
