Oven roasted chicken at Goobne Chicken

Fried chicken is popular because of the Korean trend but it can be unhealthy.
At Goobne, they serve roasted frozen chicken.
Tried the chicken with curry powder and the Sichuan chicken, which is covered in sauce. The chicken for both styles were stiff and the meat was firm because they are frozen chickens so you can’t expect a springy chicken texture.

Anyway, despite all the strong seasonings and spices, it had an odd taste that could not be overpowered by the spices.

The Sichuan chicken fared better because it was in a tasty fiery sweet sauce but unfortunately they also put the signature Korean chili powder in it which made it really spicy.
