Gravy and noodles at High Street Cart Noodle

As well as the ricerolls I tried mocks sharks fin soup with Chinese ham which I really liked because it had a strong taste.
It was rich and tasted like gravy so on the second visit I asked if I could have e-fu noodles in them and the noodles tasted really nice because the noodles do not go soft and it hangs the soup well.
Basically if you like gravy, it is like having noodles tossed in gravy with pieces of Chinese ham.
