Mini BBQ pork rice bowls @ Ajisen Ramen

Saw these cute mini rice bowls, as well as BBQ pork they had Spicy pork too which I did not take a picture of.

Mini BBQ pork rice bowls:
I thought this was cute so decided to get it.
The mini bowl of rice came with a lid too and the rice was piping hot.
The pork pieces were not as big as in the product shot and they were cut into really small pieces.
Some were just pieces of fat too.
Luckily the gravy was not too sweet so it tasted quite nice.
The size of the bowl was the same as the bowls used for their miso soup.

Gyozas:
The gyozas could have been put more neatly, some were facing the wrong way and upside down!
It was not grilled uniformly and you can see white powder on one of them.
As for the taste it was quite nice but the skin was not crispy enough.

麵條 – 自家製麵條,採用日本高級麵粉,特製較扁及粗身麵條,專為沾汁麵而設,麵質更彈牙及更能掛湯汁。

叉燒 – 精選肥瘦均勻的五花腩肉,肉質份外腍嫩,其後以秘方日本醬油鹵製叉燒,味道份外獨特。

秘製温泉蛋 – 用溫泉水溫度及秘製醬汁造到流心效果。

Kumamoto Prefecture beef noodles @ Ajisen

Tried the Kumamoto Prefecture beef noodles [熊本牛拉麵」 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Kumamoto Prefecture beef noodles
When I saw the menu it just reminded me of Taiwanese noodles with beef shin and pickled vegetables.
The presentation looked awful especially the broth.
Anyway, the ramen just tasted how it usually does with pork bone broth however I felt that it was slightly too salty.
The pieces of beef shins were quite big and tender.
As for the pickled vegetables they were my favourite and taste the same as snow cabbage.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ They look off and dehydrated!

SAME AS ALWAYS the air conditioning at this place is always too cold.

Konjac buckwheat ramen @ Ajisen

Konjac chilled noodes:

They were totally different from the picture. the strands were squiggly like twisted elastic bands, but in the picture they appeared like straight cut buckwheat noodles.
As for the texture, it was like jellyfish, the normal konjac texture not nice for noodles!
