Korean Strawberry cup by Maxim's Bakery

The Korean strawberry cup looked really nice so I got it to try.
It reminded me of the Berry mousse cup in the Maxim’s summer berries series last year.
However this one is visually better and tastes nicer.

It is just a simple dessert that consists of crushed jelly at the bottom with chocolate sponge on top, then strawberry mousse topped with strawberry jelly cubes and a fresh strawberry.

Korean Strawberry Cup
I liked this because there was lots of strawberry jelly. The sponge was not too sweet and the mousse did not taste of artificial strawberry.
It is a nice dessert for someone with a strawberry jelly craving, especially for those who only pick the strawberry jelly pieces in a mixed jelly bowl!
