Nice decoration but food lacks quality @ Pancake colours

This place is nicely decorated, but since the tables are very close together it is very noisy.

For food only the chicken tasted nice, the pizza stuck to the plate, and the steak was burnt.
Basically it is western food served in a Chinese style.!
