Triple chocolate dessert @ Pacific Coffee Company

Finally Pacific coffee has Christmas foods to compete against Starbucks Christmas selection, they have Turkey and cranberry bun, bread and butter pudding, and Triple chocolate delight.

I should have tried the bread and butter pudding first, but it looked a bit greasy, so I tried the Triple chocolate delight, basically it has 4 layers, top layer being white chocolate mousse sprinkled with castor sugar, second layer chocolate mousse, third layer blackcurrant jam, and fourth layer soaked chocolate sponge.
