Sliced beef with black pepper curry

Sliced beef with black pepper and curry sauce:

 

 

The sliced beef here was quite nice, it was tender and thinly sliced.
The beef was cooked on the metal plate which gave it a nice charred taste as well as hints of black pepper.
When it was eaten with the curry sauce it tasted even better as the curry was slightly sweet and went well with the black pepper.
