Rise and shine to a good morning with a milestone breakthrough for Green Monday and McDonalds Hong Kong!

We shall be seeing Omnipork luncheon (vegan spam) for breakfast and other toast treats at McCafe.

麥當勞：首度聯乘Green Monday 推出厚切OmniPork Luncheon新餐肉系列

I was really lucky to get one that was rosy pink and not too burnt like other people have posted.

The texture and taste of the new luncheon is very similar to the beyond burger but it has more smokiness and saltiness like luncheon.

OmniPork is also available at nine UK restaurants for Veganuary 2021.
They will be available at Longdan supermarkets from Feb 2021.

Definitely looking forward to see how UK will take on OmniPork and how it can be portrayed in English dishes.

The dish that I would most like to see is an Omnipork scotch egg which no one did in Hong Kong but then they were concentrating on Chinese dishes which makes sense, so go on England!

Mayo chicken burger (savers menu) from McDonalds - The Poppy

Overall a memorable branch of McDonald's.
Inside, it is the typical layout and there is a kids area.
Outside, the building was nice.
Had a nice stay there with tea and chicken mayo sandwich which was nice and crispy.

The UK version of the chicken mayo is much nicer because the chicken patty has a crispy light breadcrumb coating and the patty is thinner.

[Switzerland] Red Cross Musuem

 While I was in the area, visited International Museum of the Red Cross and Red Crescent which was an interesting museum.

The museum was informative with lots of videos and exhibitions to showcase everything.

[Switzerland] Holiday Inn Express Airport

 Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Geneva Airport because someone booked it.

I suppose the location was convenient as there were trams outside.

For breakfasts, it was the usual pastries which were a bit boring.

[Switzerland] Broken Chair

 I love art installations so deliberately went to see the Broken Chair.

The broken chair is designed by Swiss artist Daniel Berset.

The  chair is made of 5.5 tonnes of wood and 12 metres high.

Opposite the chair, you will see the Palace of Nations.
