The beef curry was nice and strong and the amount of beef in it was generous.

I did not like this much because the kale vegetables were not cut, so they were quite difficult to eat.

Stir fried goose intestines in XO sauce:

 

This was quite nice however the goose intestines were really chewy.
They tasted like chewy squid.

Squid and pork patty @ 銳記茶餐廳

On my last visit, I had the pastas which were very good for Chinese style restaurant.
This time I tried their Chinese food.

When it arrived, it was quite cool how the patty had been flattened out to spread on the dish!
The pork patty was lovely and tender and the pieces of squid made it really delicious, and the spring onions on top balanced out the fattyness of the pork patty.

This was quite nice and tasted like the steamed buns with a hint of pandan and egg yolk in between the layers.
There were six pieces in the box.
The sweetness was just right and the cake was really fragrant.

Beef offal @ 日旺果汁小食

Small beef intestines:

 

The mustard sauce was delicious as usual however the small intestines here were slightly disappointing because it did not absorb the sauces that it was marinated in.

Beef offal:

 

This little bowl of offal was surprisingly nice because there spices were strong and they were soft.
The lungs had a grainy velvety texture and the stomach was nice and soft.
