Fried dace with salted black bean pizza at Pizzabar at 薄餅吧 pizzabar

Tinned Fried dace with salted black beans is an accompaniment with rice when there is nothing in the fridge.

You will find it taking modern Fusion dishes to the next level like pasta, Caesar salad and even pizza at the pizzabar of Penta Hotel.

It is not the first visit to pizzabar at Pentahotel because we always come here for this special pizza!

Interestingly it works with cheese too and tastes good on the pizza.

Overall recommended if you like fried dace with black bean but if this is too adventurous, they do have the ordinary pepperoni pizza.

[Review] Nandos new spiced clementine peri peri chicken

To be honest, there wasn't much news on the new spiced clementine peri peri chicken.
I only found out when I was ordering some chicken and spotted the spiced clementine so gave it a try and then when I googled it I found out that it was new.
The spiced clementine is not a bit spicy but I like the way there is a bitter taste followed by the clementine flavours.

There is meant to be some hibiscus but I couldn't taste it.

But overall, something new for Christmas and Clementine flavours are trending at the moment!

[Review] Deluxe Lumpfish roe 100g

 Every now and then, there will be some gems at Lidl.

The last time I got a gem was the ruby chocolate bar last year.
This time I spotted the Deluxe Lumpfish roe 100g for £2.99 so didn't hesitate to get it which is cheaper than John West's lumpfish caviar which costs £2.80 for 50g.

Technically, this is fish roe because caviar only comes from wild sturgeon fish but anyway it is still a good bargain for that price and not many places sell it.

It definitely satisfied the fun of having something similar to caviar when you can't dine at restaurants due to c o v i d.

I've have always wanted to buy caviar from the shops in London where you get the mother of pearl spoon.

It is a big no no to use metal spoons on caviar because it tarnishes the silver and you don't want to taste the metal when having caviar.

Just for fun, I topped my crumpet with caviar and did some canapes with it.

Although it does not taste as strong as caviar it was still good and it is something you can impress guests or have some simple luxury at home when you can't dine out.

For those clueless on how to serve lumpfish roe, they also have blinis to go with it.

Let's hope they will do a mint Viennetta because I love mint viennettas.
As a Viennetta fan and a Krushems fan, I just had to try the Viennetta Krushems drink even though it was winter.

When it came, it looked rather slushy than milky because the colour was not that solid.

Anyway, taking a sip it was quite slushy with lots of chocolate in every sip.

It was quite nice and tasted like icy slushy vanilla milkshake blended with cadburys 99 flake.

Overall, I wouldn't mind trying this again if they did Mint Viennetta.
