Grilled tofu puff @ Gong Plus

Not a fan of grilled foods, but tried the grilled tofu because it was not meat.

It was slightly dry but tasted ok.

Fried fish @ Quezon

Not sure what fish this is but it was delicious, all the bones were mostly taken out.
All of it was edible and it tasted tangy because it had been soaked in vinegar.

Fish curry @ 美食吧

Not sure what type of curry this was but it was really hot and red, there were these spices that were black and round.
They said assam fruit was used in this curry too.

Shanghai chilled noodles @ 嚐點

I love these chilled noodles especially because the sauce is light.

The shredded chicken was tender.

Shanghai beef noodles with spring onions @ 嚐點

The noodles just tasted like the beef and onions you get at Chinese takeaways!!

Zhajiangmian 炸酱面 @ 嚐點

Zhajiangmian is a shanghainese thick wheat noodles topped with a mixture of ground pork stir-fried with 炸酱, which is salty fermented soybean paste.

The one I had here tasted really sweet and had pieces of dried tofu in it.

Laing @ Quezon

Laing is a Bicolano dish and fiery hot.

Initially I did not know what it was but I knew they were different from ordinary spinach.

Liang is dried taro leaves cooked in coconut mik with anchovies and chili, the one I had was delicious but it could have been less salty.

The taro leaves need to be cooked thoroughly because raw taro leaves contain crystals of calcium oxalate.
