Came here randomly so only ordered a few items and luckily only ordered a few because they were not that nice.
Apparently this restaurant was in Michelin's list but I did not find it delectable.
There is no service charge but $3 for Chinese tea.

The portion was nice and big, but it was too oily and cold.

The pork was fibrous and chewy.

The dough they used was extremely chewy after it had been baked.

 

The buns ended up too sweet because syrup was dripped on the top before they served it.

Finally tried da chicken pie tks to the WHATEVER MAN @ 金鳳茶餐廳

Finally tried the chicken pie thanks to WHATEVER MAN (si daan nam)!!

I have always wanted to try the chicken pie here but the pavement on this street is so narrow and there so too many people and cars on that street, its a battle between people and cars!

Anyway, it was WHATEVER MAN's treat so I finally got to try it.

 

The appearance of the pie was flatter than the usual pies.

 

The pie was about 70% pastry and 30% chicken.

 

The pastry was very sweet and buttery, and the chicken was slightly sweet too.

Noodles probably not as good as it was before

This noodle shop has been around for quite a while but they were located somewhere else and recently moved to this location.
According to the comments, the standard is not as good as before.
As I have not been to the other shop it is hard to say, but judging by the pictures they do not look as nice as before.

Dan Dan noodles:

 

The soup was quite oily and bland. However the peanut taste was quite strong and it was slightly sweet.
The noodles were tasteless as it did not absorb the soup.

Chicken in wine:

 

Although the spare ribs are famous at this shop I chose chicken instead.
The spareribs were actually deep fried pork chops.
The wine was really strong and dark in colour that you could say it was liquor.
The chicken was quite tender but there were many brittle bones.

Soy milk:

 

The soy milk tasted weird and unfresh.
