Japanese egg white souffle cheese cake

The packaging was really nice so decided to get it.
I liked the silver patterns against the silver.
As for the souffle cheese cake, it was the Japanese type, it was similar to dense mousse hence the souffle in the name.

The sweetness was just right and the cheese flavouring was not that strong.

Fish soup with treasures and rice @ Nga Yuen

The dinner sets here are quite good, this time I got the fish both which has lots of seafood in it.
The broth had fish strong taste and it was lovely and milky.
It had octopus, Chinese radish, tofu, dried shrimps, scallops and mussels. The amount of broth was really generous, and I liked the broth the most and the tofu.

Salty and greasy food @ Ying Ho

Although this place is meant to serve Hakga cuisine, the dishes on the menu were the usual Cantonese items.

Stir fried celery, ostrich and cuttlefish:
This was extremely oily and extremely salty.
The cuttlefish was a bit bland and chewy.
The ostrich meat were big slices but chewy.
★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Fried rice wrapped in lotus leaf:
I was expecting this to taste bland but it was really salty, however it was not oily which was good.

Roasted skin & bones goose @ Tai Hing New Century

Came here again because the locals love this place.

I had no expectations because the food here is always greasy and salty.
★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Roasted goose: This was just skin and bones.
The goosemeat was quite nice because there was not much meat which meant that it absorbed all the marinade and was tasty.
Even though there is not much meat on them, they are a good seller though. ★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Morning glory with dried prawns:
This was very salty and oily and the cracked pot was funny! ★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Glass noodles:
I thought this was going to taste nice but it was rancid. ★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
