Thanks to a friend for these lovely Chocolate and almond cookies.
There were so many cookies in a bag.
The texture of each cookie was delicate and crumbles in your mouth with a rich cocoa taste and lots of almond bits in it.

iBakery Express' green tea cookies
These green tea cookies are quite interesting because they are made by ibakery using the Hyatt regency Kyoto recipe according to the box.
There were ten cookies inside.
The texture of each cookie was delicate and crumbles in your mouth and the green tea flavouring was quite grassy.

Grassroots Pantry's Bahn mi wrap
Went to the Tong Chong Street market and tried the Bahn mi wrap by Grassroots Pantry.
The wrap was really good because it looked like a savoury crepe filled with delicious spices, tofu and some greens.

Foxtail Broomcorn debuts in WanChai
Previously tried this noodle joint in Sheung Wan and now they have expanded with a bigger and spacious branch on Landale Street.
The menu is better because it has English and Chinese with pictures compiled into a booklet.
I had some new items with noodles.
+++++++++
Hoi An: Salmon with shirataki noodles
This was my favourite because the salmon was soft and delicate, the noodles beneath it were mixed with a garlicky vinegar dressing that tastes like the sauce used in Thai style chicken feet.
+++++++++
Lu Rou Fan:
This was basically Taiwanese inspired sauce with minced pork and rice.
A great option for people who want rice.
+++++++++
Grilled zucchini with prawn roe:
The zucchini was sweet and crisp flavoured by the fragrant prawn roe.
+++++++++
Grilled Eggplant with miso:
The eggplant was soft and silky flavoured by the strong smoky sweet miso.
+++++++++
Tandoori Fish Cake with Sesame Sauce and Apple Salsa
HK$35.00
I love Indian spices and they are Tandoori fishcakes topped with sesame sauce and apple slices.
+++++++++
Grilled sirloin beef with spicy sauce
A nice lean steak with spicy sauce.
+++++++++
Pork and parmesan flavored with truffle dumpling, served with chinese vinegar and chili oil:
tasty pork dumplings with a truffle flavouring in an appetizing spicy vinegar sauce.
+++++++++
Cheng Tng:
This is basically a cooling sweet soup with snow ear fungus, red dates, longans and wolfberries.
+++++++++
Kueh Dadar:
These were pandan pancakes filled with coconut, a great dessert for people who like coconut
+++++++++
House Made Fruit Tea:
For drinks, I had the House made fruit tea that was gently sweetened and it had tones of orange, grapefruit, passionfruit and apple in it.

Cheap vegetarian fix at Bombay Aloo in Brighton
Discovered this restaurant because I was at The Lanes in Brighton.
Tried this place because I love curries and it was only £4.95 and you can eat as much as you like.
The selection was a bit weak but fair for that price, however the curries were a bit too watery for my liking.

The vain cat at Sinmei Tea
Went here to celebrate a friend's birthday a while ago.
Mithu the lovely cat was there but he was really vain that day and kept staring at his reflection.
Anyway, we had the dessert cup and the green tea matcha cake.
The dessert cup is colourful with a contrast of red and green.
It was my first time trying the matcha angel cake and it was divine!!
The green tea frosting on top is silky smooth and light while the cake is sooooo delicious and dreamy.

Drink pink for a cause at Nood Food
Came here again for a drink.
This time got the new pink drink and $20 gets donated to a local charity.
The drink was quite slushy and cold with a strong banana taste with hints of beetroot and other fruits and veggies.
