Valley Cafe, Coulsdon

There are not many greasy spoons in Coulsdon and this was one of the few.
While the beans and bacon were enjoyable the sausages had an unusual color and texture.
The cafe's cleanliness was questionable because the spoon was quite grubby.
You could literally bend their metal forks as well.

Trying the new Super Bowl Noodle Bar near Goodge Street

There are so many new noodle places that have opened recently like Dan Dan noodle, Kung Fu Mama, Noodle and Beer and this one.
Visited Super Bowl Noodle bar because it had a flexible menu where you can choose the type of noodles and the fact they had soba in a Chinese place.
Tried the short rib, ma po tofu and dandan.
The short rib is quite common now as many places are offering it as a meaty gimmick.
The ma po tofu with soba noodles was disappointing.
The noodles were nice but I didn't like the mapo tofu because it was too sweet and the chilli sauce had too much hard prickly chilli skin and seeds like the ones you get in a particular brand of tobian chilli paste.
The dandan noodles turned out to be the best because the mince had a good salty bean taste and Sichuan spices along with the pickled veg.
The wide noodles were seriously good because it was like parpadelle just like the padella ones with the same chew and elasticity.
Overall I recommend the soba or parpadelle noodles with dan dan or tomato egg because they are soupless.
Would like to see them offer forks because chopsticks are too cumbersome.

Kentish Town food crawl

Stop 1:
Neighbourhood Organic's savory crepes.
I enjoyed options like feta cheese and salted beef. However, the ground beef and onion filling lacked saltiness and was somewhat bland; adding gherkins or proper salt beef slices would elevate it. The feta and parsley crepe was a highlight, with the salty feta balancing the annoying sweetness in a savoury crepe.
Loved the chunky and grassy parsley.
Both crepes were £7.50 each, which seemed fair given the premade nature evident in their uniform thickness.

Stop 2:
Kossoffs' Earl Grey Swirl. Thankfully, the pastry wasn't as burnt as my previous visit, though I got the less appealing one by the window.
It bothered me because it was for the photos and there wasn't many earl grey flowers as the one by the counter nor was it like the one on the previous visit.
The staff just said they use the spares by the window.
The earl grey flavor was surprisingly nice but leaned towards sweetness.

Stop 3: An egg, herby mayo sandwich with Lao Gan Ma chili oil.
Unexpectedly, this sandwich had a Chinese twist, and I tried it out of curiosity.
It was seriously flavorful and spicy, far more interesting than a standard egg mayo, though it was on the saltier side.
The star was the egg because it was soft boiled hence it was chunks of sticky orange yolk while the sourdough was moist and squishy.

Free pizza in exchange for a pineapple at Fatto a Mano Covent Garden

The Italians believe it is a disgrace to have pineapple on pizza but Fatto a Mano Head Pizza Master, Antonio Braccio has decided to deliver a special pizza that features pineapple which will be celebrated.
To celebrate, and in an attempt to challenge the sternest of critics, Fatto a Mano were offering this pineapple pizza The Bella Disgrazia to anybody who brought a pineapple to the restaurant.

The Bella Disgrazia is topped with black pepper pancetta, mozzarella and fresh pineapple that we’ve roasted with chilli. Ventricina spicy salami is added, which is a 3-month aged cured meat, typically from Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise regions made with pork cuts, a mix of spices and red chillies.
It is then finished with ‘nduja hot honey, a sprinkling of chives and 24-month aged Parmesan.

Overall, the Bella Disgrazia was not bad and it was not as spicy as anticipated.
However, the base was too black and bitter that I could not finish it.
Will return and order a vegan one to try their vegan mozzarella.

Last Stop Kebab

What a lovely experience dining on a converted bus.
To be honest, I'm not a meat or kebab person so luckily they had lahmacun on the menu.
They are usually crispy but the one here was soft like English pancakes which didn't bother me because it was pancake day.
Overall, a memorable dinner.

Pescobar Camden, London

London's newest viral bar that specializes in octopus.
Check out that octopus kebab doner where you can get delicious octopus kebabs and octopus tentacle hotdogs.
Definitely an eye turner.

Dining a on bus eating : Suyahut, Barking

Nigerian food with dining onboard a bus.
Delicious chicken wings where you can taste that charcoal grilled aroma.
The jollof rice was also tasty and not overly spicy.
Overall an amazing experience eating on a bus surrounded by the market stalls.
