Pac Man dim sum from RED FARM

Red Farm, a Chinese inspired American restaurant from the States.
The signature dish is probably the pac-man dumpling.
Coming from America, don't be surprised with the pastrami egg roll which they love in bagels and sandwiches.
I was a little disappointed with the pastrami egg roll because it was a bit boring and lack American vibes.
There were no pickles or mustard to give it that vibe and flavour.
Hopefully their cheese burger spring rolls would fare better.

Dining at BOXHALL City, Liverpool Street

Visited Boxhall City shortly after its grand opening, but unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my expectations.
Many stalls seemed to be in their early stages, and many items were unavailable from various stalls.
The food court prices were steep, making it feel like dining at a proper restaurant would be a better value. However, the presence of unique shops like Baked Bird and Sourdough Sophia was a highlight.
I'm particularly interested in trying Baked Bird again but their social media lacked food photos which sell to me.
Will definitely try it another time.
I did try Congolese stall which but the rice was overly salty, the grilled goat meat was fatty, bony with chewy bits.
Likely to be the rib part judging by the bones.
The curry at Old Chang Kee was seriously bland but luckily it was not my dish.

Displeasing at Funky Noodles

I saw this picture posted by someone showing glassy translucent noodles but the ones I got were not like that and also found a hair.

Vegan Tacos at Club Mexicana

To be honest, if it wasn't for a free taco, I wouldn't have know that the food at Club Mexicana was vegan.
Tried the short rib which was full on flavour and tasty.

Bali Bali Restaurant

Beef and Chicken Sate, Singapore Laksa, Sup Daging Istimewa and banana fritters from bali bali
The laksa was interesting as it had solid tofu pieces and not the puffs but personally I preferred them.

Fresh Walnut Latte from Ovis, a modern Cypriot coffee shop

Dined here because of the unique offerings like houmous, salmon, halloumi /olive muffins, Walnut latte, blackcurrant cheesecake cruffin.
I got the walnut latte because it was garnished with a whole candied walnut.
The walnut is 100% edible as it is soft and similar to pickled walnuts but tasting very sweet.
Also had the almond apricot pistachio frangipane cake which was light and moreish.

Breakfast at Franx, a cafe near Tottenham court road

To start off the buttered toast was so satisfying.
I could not have or even done better.
It was lovely and soft in the middle soaked with deliciously melted salted butter.
Definitely the simple pleasures in life.
It is so difficult to get good buttered toasts these days.
The rest of the breakfast was good but opting for beans might have been better.
