The patty is made with roasted mushrooms, onion, miso, bulgur wheat and a blend of spices which makes it savoury.
It is topped with smoky cheddar, beer-marinated crispy shallots, lettuce, and tangy Dijonnaise sauce on a toasted potato bun.
I had this late at night and albeit being very salty it was so good because the cheese was decent and I liked the umami taste while the dijonnaise is a nice complement being not sweet.
The veggie patty is pure veg which makes it nice and not made with chewy meat inspired stuff which gives it that nice soft texture.
With Cherry Blossoms blooming in spring, Shake Shack are serving Cherry Blossom shake, Cherry Blossom lemonade and Cherry Blossom fifty fifty (half lemonade and tea).
The cherry blossom shake is Vanilla frozen custard blended with cherry blossom jam, topped with whipped cream and pink chocolate curls.
