School cakes from Cake Magic

A nice school cake from cakemagic.
Lovely vanilla taste, moist cake texture and sweet icing.
Interestingly I think I could taste coconut in the icing.
The only minor issue was the dense chewier area which can be seen a darker colour.
I'm not a baker so I wouldn't know what caused it.
