Dan Dan noodles, London Bridge

There has been so many noodles restaurants opening lately, Dan Dan was the last on the list to try because somehow it did not stand out from the rest.
The items are the usual and the reason why I left it last was because of the noodles they use look thicker than the others.
The lunch menu is a great way of exploring their popular noodles and the portions are slightly smaller so you can try other things as well.
Overall, the Dandan noodles were satisfactory and far nicer than the average poor quality ones in hk.
I liked the way they fried the beansprout beans to garnish the noodles.
The chopsticks were too long and more suited for hotpots.
