I was captivated here because of desserts but the pho was good which was a bonus.
They even have braised beef cheek as well.
You can tell their chef is good from the menu and food presentation.
It turns out he was an ex chef from Hakkasan.
Highlight was the coconut pandan served in a coconut bowl nestled in a birds nest.
Simply refreshing with a strong pandan taste with sago and banana bits.
The other two desserts are also worth trying especially the peanut parfait.
Hopefully will return because there are too many restaurants and new things to try on my schedule.
