Surf clam and crabmeat miso pizza @ Pizza Hut

Tried this pizza, as it had all the elements I liked, however I would have preferred the normal crust to stuffed crust.
The crust was stuffed with tasteless mozzarella and topped with sesame.

As for the rest of the pizza, it was just delicious, asparagus, surf clams, crabmeat, and the miso sauce on the base. If there was more miso sauce, then it would have made it even more delectable.
All the element went well together, and there was nothing I needed pick out.

The snack platter was OK, fish hoops, chicken star nuggets, chicken wings and smiley potatoes.
The smiley potatoes lacked potatoeness, they were floury and dry.

Tried the superwings cup which consists of curry glazed chicken wings,
wasabi chicken drummettes, and the hot and spicy wings.

Basically, I felt all three just tasted like the hot and spicy wings,
but with different sauces and spices added on.

The curry had curry sauce on it, and it tasted slightly sweet combined with the original hot and spicy flavour.

The wasabi one basically had herbs sprinkled on the surface, other than that, I couldn’t taste any wasabi flavouring at all.
If they had dipped the drummette in wasabi powder before coating it with flour, it probably would have had flavour.

As for the hot and spicy wings, it just tastes like the usual hot and spicy wings.

The complimentary vuvu was much bigger in size than anticipated.

BBQ chicken wings @ Mcdonalds

The chicken products at McDonalds are burgers, coated chicken wings, and nuggets.

This time, they have come out with BBQ grilled wings.

I was surprised it tasted much nicer than the honey grilled wings at KFC.

The honey-grilled wings at KFC have been grilled to the extent that the chicken is slightly tough and the skin is a bit like plastic film. The KFC version is also sweeter. Being fair the texture of the wings also depends on if they were just done or been sitting there for a while.

The wings here taste almost the same as KFC’s honey wing, but they are also spicy, same as the hot wings at McD’s.
The wings are separated into mid-joints and drumettes which is more convenient than the one piece wing at KFC (a whole wing from tip to mid-joint).

The wings at McD’s are much juicier and the skin is thin and tender that it rips easily during consumption.
The bones are disjointed easily too, making it easy to eat without meat being stuck on the joints.
There is a slight spiciness just like the hot wings, but not as spicy.
It would have been good if there was a wedge of lemon (but impossible for a fast food chain like McD’s) or even lemon flavouring on the chicken.
The product shot is relatively the same as the real thing, but the lemon I thought was a bit misleading, since people would associated the taste with it.

Flattering McWings platter @ McDonalds

Tried the chicken wing platter a la carte for $24.4.

It contains six chicken wings: Original McWings, BBQ Wings, and the new Honey and Lemon wings. ( 2 pieces of each flavour)

The Original McWings are just the normal fried chicken wings on the McDs menu and the BBQ wings have been recently been introduced before along with Grilled salt and pepper wings.

I previously mentioned that they didnt have Lemon flavouring, now they have it finally.

The taste of the honey lemon wings was quite nice, the honey was not sticky and not too sweet, and the lemon was not the refreshing lemon flavour but slightly bitter, like lemon zest.

Apart from that, the packaging for the chicken platter was good, the wings were well separated, so the flavours did not get mixed up.
The fried wings were in the middle compartment, and the darker ones were BBQ and the other one was Lemon and Honey.
