Soft Raspberry cheesecake @ Pacific Coffee

I got this raspberry cheesecake because the raspberry layer looked light and airy and I thought it would be soft because its name said so. However, the cheesecake did not turn out to be soft and it was quite heavy.

The raspberry taste was not strong enough and the cheese was quite heavy.

Mini cakes @ Pappagallo . Pastries . Gelato PPG

Not really a fan of their items because the ice-cream was too sweet and the cake I had last time was weird.

This time I was attracted by their mini cakes because one of them had an interesting topping.
The mini cakes are $20 for three. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Raspberry Jelly soft cheesecake
Got this because of the crushed jelly on top, however the raspberry taste was faint.
The cheesecake was soft as stated and overall it was quite nice having the cheesecake with raspberry jelly.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Double chocolate truffle cake
Overall, this was quite nice and the cake was soft, the chocolate was not too sweet.

Ice cream spoons for my cakes LOL!![IMG:7]++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Citrus cheesecake @ Arome Bakery Room

This was a lemon and grapefruit cheesecake which has pieces of shortcake on top.
Overall it was quite refreshing with the combination of grapefruit as well because it is usually lemon.
The texture of the cheesecake was light and smooth.

Caramel cheesecake @ Pacific Coffee Company

I can’t remember when I last visited Pacific Coffee because their food selection is so boring and repetitive.
They seem to have new items every three-four months so you are not missing out much if you do not go regularly.

This time they had the new Caramel cheesecake, which had a reasonably thick caramel flavoured cheese base.

The taste was really nice and similar to butterscotch however the texture was too dense and thick that most of the cheese gets stuck to the fork.
The caramel cheesecake was composed of a soft dense biscuit base, a thick layer of caramel cheese, a layer of cheesecake and thick brittle dehyrated caramel cream on top.
