[Review] Eggslut in Nottinghill, Fitzrovia and Shoreditch

Eggslut is a famous joint from America which started in 2011 as street food.
Since then, they have made it internationally to Japan and UK.

There are mixed reactions for Eggslut in UK which I can understand because their scrambled egg is very different to the UK style scrambled egg and the way we have breakfast.
Obviously eggslut is an obsession to put eggs into everything just like chachanteng restaurants in Hong Kong which explains why there were quite a crowd of Asians because they can relate to the scrambled egg at eggslut.

Anyway, on the menu, the signature dish is the slut which is a coddled egg that I didn't try as I have had similar things in Hong Kong so I went for the Fairfax.
Gut instinct was to order the sausage, egg and cheese because they use Turkey in their sausages which is different from pork hence worth trying.
As for eggs, they use Clarence Court eggs which are famous for its rich yolked eggs.

The Fairfax looked more or less how the pictures showed and similar to those scrambled egg things in Hong Kong which are not really palatable.

Taking a bite, the scrambled eggs were light and fluffy so was the pillowly soft bun.
It was all in harmony with the chives, cheese and creamy sriracha mayo.
Definitely, the best scrambled egg bun I have had, but it was just hard to relate it with anything in the British breakfast, but comparing it to the Hong Kong's scrambled eggs from Hell, this is certainly Heaven.
The ones in Hong Kong taste like detergent laced with oil, artificial milk and butter substitutes in a nasty lifeless bun, one mouthful of would leave you bloated the whole day.

To be fair, I have to come back and try the turkey sausage because it is something that I can relate to more like a muffin and sunny egg runny yolk should complement the sausage nicely.
