This Belgian Chip joint outside Brighton Station has been here for years yet I still have not tried them. Although, the chips are freshly cut, they were not my cup of tea because the texture is too crispy as it has been fried quite a few times.
Admitted, they are probably better off tossed in sauce/with sauce but I wasn't interested.
I chose the dill which didn't make an impact on taste even though there was quite a fair bit of it.
