Breakfast selection @ Maxim's bakery

I wonder if their eggs are cooked there because the egg sandwiches taste really nice and it was warm as well.

The bun version has ham or luncheon meat to choose from.

I prefer the sandwiches because the bun is the typical Chinese sweet buns.
