I have never liked food in Sai Kung because it is frankly a rip off and some of the seafood is not local.
The siu mai here was over steamed, the skin stuck to the steamer and tore when it was picked up with chopsticks.
The sweet and sour pork was made with dry and tough pieces of pork
The crab e-fu noodles was the only item that looked Ok, and as expected for seafood restaurants it was real crab meat and not surimi meat, however the crab was not that fresh.
The sweet corn soup was naturally sweet itself but they added sugar to it making it worse.
The pork was oily, fatty and dry.
