My second visit to Seafood Thai

When it comes to seafood, Sai Kung springs into mind but there are actually lots of other places that have great seafood such as Tuen Mun and Lei Yue Mun.

This time we ventured into Tuen Mun's again for Seafood Thai 泰海鮮.

As well as the lobster and cheese, the steamed scallops were really nice because they were fresh and springy with a sweet garlic taste from the finely chopped garlic.
I purposely ate the glass vermicelli last so that it would absorb the scallop and garlic flavours.
Yummy!
