Lovely cheese and tomato toastie from Zai Fe

Randomly came here and the prawn and chicken pie was interesting but it was a strange pairing for a pie because prawn is not usually paired with chicken.
Anyway, decided to get the toastie.

Ok, there was not much cheese in the toastie.

Althought there was not much cheese in the toast, it was proper cheese which tasted amazing, the sourness of the tomato and the saltiness of the cheese were so delicious together and the bread was toasted just right with a crisp surface and soft centre.
