2012 Wing Wah snowy mooncakes

Apple and pandan flavoured bean paste mooncake:
The taste of the apple was quite refreshing but not strong enough.
If the apple could have been more tart then it would balance out the sweetness of the mung beans.
Black glutinous rice with red wine cherry and mung bean paste mooncake:
This flavour tasted quite nice because the cherry flavour was strong and on the purple dough skin you can see finely grounded glutinous rice in it.
Other flavours I should get next:
Custard and egg yolk
Custard, purple potato and birds nest
