Mad for silky soft tofu @ Sakura

Sadly this shop is soon going to be relocated to Daaimeidook and they only serve chilled products so I could only order the tofu.

 

I really wanted to try the eel liver soup but they do not do soup any more.

 

In the end I ordered the tofu in seaweed sauce.

Tofu in seaweed sauce:

 

The tofu was really nice and silky and the seaweed sauce gave it some gentle flavour without over powering the tofu.
The seaweed sauce had a strong umami taste
