Savoury dutch baby with non authentic currywurst

After trying the delicious sweet dutch baby at the Causeway Bay branch I was craving to try a different one.
At this branch, they have savoury ones too.

There was:
-Tomato and mushroom
-Proscuitto and cheese
-Currywurst
I have always wanted to try authentic Curry wurst so I ordered the Curry wurst dutch baby which was the most expensive one out of the three.

Curry wurst dutch baby:
Curry wurst is a snack in Germany consisting of steamed, then fried pork sausage cut into slices and seasoned with curry ketchup (ketchup or tomato paste blended with generous amounts of curry powder, or a ready-made ketchup-based sauce seasoned with curry and other spices).
When the dutch baby arrived, the pancake did not rise properly and the taste of the sauce had no curry flavour.
The curry powder on the sausage was near nothing and the tomato ketchup was Del Monte which does not taste like ketchup. I think I could probably buy better curry wurst sauce at the supermarket under the HERTA brand because they specialise in curry wurst sauces.
The review below shows some curry powder on the sausages but the review also mentions that there was no curry taste.
The sausages were rather heavy and had cheese in the middle, they looked darker than the sausages shown on the product shot.
The pancake did not taste as good as the sweet one I had at Causeway Bay.
If I knew the sauce was not authentic, I would have chosen the basic tomato and mushroom dutch baby.
