Chicken again at 香港雞皇

香港雞皇 (Sai Kung)

Didn't see their menu outside for the herbal chicken pot so ended up just getting the chicken and rice.

chicken:

Was given the leg part which was tender but also quite bony.
The meat near the bone was not really cooked and still red with blood.
Overall the chicken tasted quite nice because the chicken was natrually sweet and after adding the chili sauce it made it more appetizing.
The rice was too soft.
