Just for the Halibut at Beef & Liberty

Indeed, there is something fishy at Beef & Liberty Hong Kong.
Just For The Halibut, the new fish burger with green peas and horseradish mayo, a bit of red cabbage, kale, pickled fennel and ginger; and a hint of citrus.
It was a lovely burger because the fish was chunky and flaky paired with strong condiments.
