Ordered the lamb in Sichuan peppercorn broth and chose the round noodles.
The presentation was a bit boring but the broth was extremely strong and had a strong numbing sensation.
I made the wrong choice choosing the round noodles because they were too chewy and firm and the broth was too salty to the point that it tasted bitter.Anyway, next time I will choose the white pepper broth with the flat noodles.
