Second round of Roast pork @ 萬年華燒臘餐廳

Came here again for Roast pork, however this time it tasted different.
It still tasted nice however it was much softer than the first time.
The meat was much leaner and it was not dry at all.
The surface of the Roast pork was not burnt and had no crispy bits like the Roast you get from Joy Hing.
