"Black sugar" and wintermelon drink @ 南城北市

Saw this on promotion for $6 so gave it a try.

Overall it was quite nice after I diluted it because it was too sweet.

There was some jelly at the bottom.

After searching for "black sugar" on the internet, I couldnt find any official information on it, all the search results came up with brown sugar.
The only sites that had it was Taiwanese and Japanese sites.
