Curly wurly thai pasta noodles @ 泰國路邊街美食

On this second visit, I came here especially for these noodles that look like rolled up rice rolls.

I wonder what they look like uncooked.

These curly rice noodles were quite al-dente, and went well with the strong soup base..

Apparently they are pronounced “gwere” in Thai.
