It reminded me of the Berry mousse cup in the Maxim’s summer berries series last year.
However this one is visually better and tastes nicer.
It is just a simple dessert that consists of crushed jelly at the bottom with chocolate sponge on top, then strawberry mousse topped with strawberry jelly cubes and a fresh strawberry.

I liked this because there was lots of strawberry jelly. The sponge was not too sweet and the mousse did not taste of artificial strawberry.
It is a nice dessert for someone with a strawberry jelly craving, especially for those who only pick the strawberry jelly pieces in a mixed jelly bowl!
