The wax duck is basically like a chinese version of Parma ham, except that it was duck.
The wax sausages were the usual taste, but they were inferior compared to the ones in CWB, as the ones there contain duck blood and liver.

If you compare the liver sausages, the one at CWB are much darker, richer and less in fat content.
The chicken with rice was the worst, it was fat, skin and bones, and hardly any meat to eat at all.
