Mushroom chips @ Absolute burger

When I saw the Mushroom poutine, I just had to try it.

It is not fries with mushroom sauce, but actually huge chunks of mushroom cut into the shape of thick cut fries.

The mushroom fries come covered in gravy and cheese, the gravy tastes like bisto brand gravy, lots more sauce would be great.

The mushroom fries are not crunchy, but slightly crispy on the exterior with dense mushroom texture on the outside, the taste and texture is similar to mushrooms served for breakfast that are fried in golden oil.

Interestingly, there was a slight potato taste on the mushroom fries.

The service was quite good overall, and they offer you water, the staff were friendly.
For takeaway, they do not charge the 10%
The restaurant was slightly different to what I was expecting, because I thought it was going to be similar to Shake-em Buns, but it turned out to be a pub.

I really liked the gigantic beer glass!!
