▒▒Tapping into Teppanyaki territory▒▒ @ Ueno Teppan-Yaki Restaurant

Ordered the set for 3 people consisting of:

Salmon salad
Sashimi
Teppanyaki vegetables
Grilled king prawns
japanese oysters
US tenderloin
deep fried chicken with garlic
fried rice with bacon
miso soup with clam and mushrom

Salmon salad:
a nice mix of finely sliced cucumber, sweetcorn, and lettuce in japanese vinaigrette.

Sashimi:
OK.

Teppanyaki vegetables
This was grilled courgettes and mushrooms,

Grilled king prawns:
Massive prawns flavoured delicately with salt and peppar.

japanese oyster:
these were the best, they very creamy and not over cooked.

US tenderloin
The beef was also good, juicy and tender.

deep fried chicken with garlic
The chicken was nice and crispy.

fried rice with bacon
Towards the end, i was full already, so didnt eat much of the fried rice.

miso soup with clam and mushrom
the soup was good, but I couldnt see any clam in it.

Dessert:
There was a choice of Green Tea ice-cream or egg pudding, so I chose the egg pudding.
It was so good, it tasted like caramel pudding but without the sauce.
