Vermicelli in broth with Hua Diao wine @ Fairy Island

Came all the way to try the vermicelli with chicken in hua diao wine, however when the noodles came, I could hardly smell the wine.

I then tried the soup, which didn't have any taste of wine, and it just tasted like plain chicken broth.

The chicken just tasted bland as well.
