Wurarukulicious @ Pasta De Waraku

This is one of those restaurants that taste good all the time.

Ordered two starters: deep fried cubic tofu, salmon carpaccio, grilled set.

Deep-fried cubic tofu: This was the best, because I was expecting a crunchy skin, and nothingness inside, but it amazed me because it was tasty and chewy inside, like cheese. The tofu used was “thousand layer tofu” (千葉豆腐, 凍豆腐 or 冰豆腐), not usually fried, but in this case, it worked out very well.
If the sauce was served separately it would have been better, as the sweet and sour sauce didn’t match it as well as the salt and pepper one.

Salmon carpaccio: The portion was small, but tasted ok, about 4 pieces of salmon.

The grilled set included onion soup and a drink, in the general it tasted good. The beef patty was very beefy in taste.
