On the first visit, the noodles were soft and nice, the broth was spicy and palatable.
On another visit, the spiciness level requested was the same as the other visit but tasted really different and the noodles were extremely elastic and hard that it would give a high elasicity if it were tested in the lab.
I really wonder why people like eating elastic noodles that probably don't digest.
As well as that the mushrooms were weird because they were sour.
The soy milk was too sweet and powdery.
The environment was cramped and extremely noisy.
