After trying the Saturday lunch buffet, decided to try the Sunday brunch which costs more.
The buffet selection is slightly better.
You are given a dosa which is a crispy Indian pancake filled with hot fiery potatoes.
I had a nice selection of curries, rice mixed with cooling yoghurt and mint sauce.
They also had tamarind sauce which was sweet and sour that complemented everything nicely.
Basically all the curries were hot so you end up mixing all the different curries together and dipping the naan bread in it.
