Chinese food again @ Ying Ho Seafood Restaurant

Came here for Chinese food again.

Sweet and sour pork:
The pork ribs were too bony.
Steamed chicken:
The thigh part tasted the best and the chicken breast part was too dry and tough.
Steamed fish:
The fish tasted the best, just plain natrual fish steamed with black beans and garlic.
The fish was fresh and the taste was just right.
Lobster with E-fu noodles chinese style:
This was weird, it was Chinese style but you could taste cheese powder in it.
Red bean dessert:
Too sweet it had to be watered down.
